Most regular and single premium policies can be written under trust to avoid creating, or even to potentially overcome, an Inheritance Tax problem and / or to ensure that the benefits are paid to those who need them as quickly as possible. Paramount Group will be pleased to provide suitable draft Trust documentation for consideration. However, it is essential that individual’s take independent legal advice.
