CAROLINE ANSTEE, DIRECTOR

Caroline started her financial career in the retail-banking sector working throughout the East Midlands. During her 21 years with the bank she undertook various roles including Marketing, Training and Development through to Business Lending Manager and finally in 1990, financial services.

In 1997 Caroline left the Bank to pursue her career as an Independent Financial Adviser which opened a whole new world for her. As an IFA, Caroline has worked in the East Midlands and London within a stockbroking firm. Her role then changed to become business development manager for a National firm.

Caroline uses her expertise and experience to present to groups of individuals within the corporate and public sector on various financial issues. Caroline believes that financial education and the ability to make informed decisions is key to women’s financial independence. Caroline is currently delivering a finance module to students at Warwick University and is a preferred financial speaker at the Everywoman network conferences.

Caroline is now a director of Paramount Group Ltd and co-founder of Elements focusing on advice for women.
